我司在論文中主要探討紡織空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理及應用。分析了紡織廠空調(diào)自動控制的意義,空調(diào)綜合控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)背景。重點介紹了紡織廠空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理,以應用實例為依據(jù),用24h溫濕度運行曲線圖說明了該空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)的應用效果。實踐證明,采用該空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)后,能夠達到相對濕度控制標準±3%。溫度控制標準±1℃。認為:該系統(tǒng)運行效果較好,節(jié)約能耗,完夠滿足紡織空調(diào)工程要求。 Abstract The working principle and application of textile air-condition automatic control system were discussed. The significance of automatic control system for air-condition in textile mill and the development back-ground of integrated control system for air-condition were analyzed. The working principle of automatic control system for air-condition in textile mill was focused. According to application examples, the application effect of the automatic control system for air-condition was explained with temperature & humidity running curve. It was proved that it can meet the control requirement of ±3% for relative humidity and ±1℃ for temperature by adopting the automatic control system for air-condition. It is considered that the system has better running effect, energy can be saved and the engineering requirement for textile air-condition can be compley satisfied.
